National Youth Day cum Sudakshya Plus 2nd batch Welcome Ceremony at Sarbati Devi Women's College in Rajgangpur

 

 

On the auspicious occasion of National Youth Day, Welcome Ceremony of the second batch of Sudakshya Plus was organized at Sarbati Devi Women's College in Rajgangpur. To Grace this occasion we had our Chief Guest Madam Smt. Sarita Soronia, Block Education Officer Rajgangpur along with other members of Sudakshya Plus i. e. Head Project Manager, Madam Sunayani , Co-ordinator Smt. Jigyasini, Faculty members Ms. Afsin Banu and Mr. Asit Pothal. On this occasion, Smt. Soronia Madam delivered a marvelous speech motivating and encouraging the students to get ready for their future pursuits. The event was hosted by Ms. Afsin Banu where she gave a brief analysis of this program.

Sudakshya Plus is devised to extend free Competitive Examination coaching to the educated unemployed youth of the district usurping them towards meaningful and sustainable livelihood opportunities. Sudakshya Plus is a with the curiosity to learn more. Overall the program was a grand Success coaching program of one year at 6 colleges of Sundergarh district 100 students in each centers. After successful training of 1400 students under Sudakshya, and ensuring engagement of 40% of the trained students in meaningful job opportunities, Sudakshya Plus is an extended program providing a yearlong competitive examination coaching to the students + 3 final year so as to guide them towards the various opportunities of employment in Government, Public sector Undertaking Banking, Railways, Defense Services etc. Through this Sudakshya Plus provides coaching in four major subjects Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and English.

Besides teaching, Sudakshya Plus helps students with Mentoring, Career Counseling, motivating and training for their overall development by providing them with necessary study material. The overall program is a blessing for the youth. So, on the occasion of National Youth Day,

Students were also made aware about the Sudakshya Plus program. The students were felicitated by notebooks and pens. The whole environment was thrilled.
