Students Interacting with the District Officials at the Rourkela Center of Sudakshya

 

On the 23^rd May 2023,the Rourkela centre of Sudakshya had the privilege of visit by the Additional District Magistrate, Rourkela cum Municipal commissioner of RMC, Dr. Subhankar Mohapatra (IAS) and the District Employment Officer,Shri Jyoti Prakash Sethi, for an interactive sessionwith the students of the ongoing batch. On this occasion students were distributed with preparatory books and notebooks strategizing their areas of preparation and facilitating their training. The highlight of the event was a one-to-one interaction of each and every student with the officials which marked a lot of enthusiasm amongst the former. The guests shared valuable words of wisdom and intellect, with real life stories and experiences, which was a morale booster to the young aspirants present.

The students in turn shared their experience of the training procedureand sought guidance for a bright future. The interaction was well marked with a special focus on English communication, an evolved approach to keep oneself updated in current affairs and simultaneously applying for various competitive examinations. The students were encouraged to aspire for higher goals and be persistent and efficient in their efforts for achievement of the Goals. They were encouraged by the guests to have a never giving up attitude till they find success in life. The program was organised with the collective efforts of the staffs of the Rourkela Sudakshya Teamalong with Ms. Lipsa Akankshya and Mr. Subham Sekhar Mohanty, representing the program team at Niyatee Foundation. The event was an occasion of glee for the students, motivating them to enhance their skills, and create a better life for themselves coupled with development of other youths in their community, creating an employment rich economy.
