National Youth Day cum Sudakshya Plus 2nd batch Welcome Ceremony at Sarbati Devi Women's College in Rajgangpur

 

 

On the auspicious occasion of National Youth Day, Welcome Ceremony of the second batch of Sudakshya Plus was organized at Sarbati Devi Women's College in Rajgangpur. To Grace this occasion we had our Chief Guest Madam Smt. Sarita Soronia, Block Education Officer Rajgangpur along with other members of Sudakshya Plus i. e. Head Project Manager, Madam Sunayani , Co-ordinator Smt. Jigyasini, Faculty members Ms. Afsin Banu and Mr. Asit Pothal. On this occasion, Smt. Soronia Madam delivered a marvelous speech motivating and encouraging the students to get ready for their future pursuits. The event was hosted by Ms. Afsin Banu where she gave a brief analysis of this program.

Sudakshya Plus is devised to extend free Competitive Examination coaching to the educated unemployed youth of the district usurping them towards meaningful and sustainable livelihood opportunities. Sudakshya Plus is a with the curiosity to learn more. Overall the program was a grand Success coaching program of one year at 6 colleges of Sundergarh district 100 students in each centers. After successful training of 1400 students under Sudakshya, and ensuring engagement of 40% of the trained students in meaningful job opportunities, Sudakshya Plus is an extended program providing a yearlong competitive examination coaching to the students + 3 final year so as to guide them towards the various opportunities of employment in Government, Public sector Undertaking Banking, Railways, Defense Services etc. Through this Sudakshya Plus provides coaching in four major subjects Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and English.

Besides teaching, Sudakshya Plus helps students with Mentoring, Career Counseling, motivating and training for their overall development by providing them with necessary study material. The overall program is a blessing for the youth. So, on the occasion of National Youth Day,

Students were also made aware about the Sudakshya Plus program. The students were felicitated by notebooks and pens. The whole environment was thrilled.

On the 23^rd May 2023,the Rourkela centre of Sudakshya had the privilege of visit by the Additional District Magistrate, Rourkela cum Municipal commissioner of RMC, Dr. Subhankar Mohapatra (IAS) and the District Employment Officer,Shri Jyoti Prakash Sethi, for an interactive sessionwith the students of the ongoing batch. On this occasion students were distributed with preparatory books and notebooks strategizing their areas of preparation and facilitating their training. The highlight of the event was a one-to-one interaction of each and every student with the officials which marked a lot of enthusiasm amongst the former. The guests shared valuable words of wisdom and intellect, with real life stories and experiences, which was a morale booster to the young aspirants present.

The students in turn shared their experience of the training procedureand sought guidance for a bright future. The interaction was well marked with a special focus on English communication, an evolved approach to keep oneself updated in current affairs and simultaneously applying for various competitive examinations. The students were encouraged to aspire for higher goals and be persistent and efficient in their efforts for achievement of the Goals. They were encouraged by the guests to have a never giving up attitude till they find success in life. The program was organised with the collective efforts of the staffs of the Rourkela Sudakshya Teamalong with Ms. Lipsa Akankshya and Mr. Subham Sekhar Mohanty, representing the program team at Niyatee Foundation. The event was an occasion of glee for the students, motivating them to enhance their skills, and create a better life for themselves coupled with development of other youths in their community, creating an employment rich economy.

Today, on the 13^th May 2023, the students of Bonai center of Sudakshya had the opportunity to interact with the Sub-Collector-cum-Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Bonai, Sri Suranjan Kumar Sahoo, OAS (S), the Block Development Officer of Bonai, Shri Swadeep Kumar Toppo, and the Block Education Officer of Bonai, Shri Sunil Munduin an interactive session held at the Sudakshya Coaching center.

The event marked words of motivation shared by the dignitaries, inspiring them to strategize their preparation, focusing on their holistic personality development, applying for various competitive examinations, staying updated with the current affairs and other such topics to value add the knowledge of the students. The officials not only motivated the students, but also distributed them notebooks and books to facilitate their preparation and speed up their journey towards their success, adding pride to not only their family and the institution, but to the district, as rightly mentioned by the Sub-Collector.

The event was an enriching occasion of the students in interacting with the dignitaries, presenting their experience of the training, and seeking guidance from them for creating a brighter tomorrow. The faculty members also had the chance to obtain the suggestions of the dignitaries for a more evolved and encompassing training approach to impart for the benefit of the students. The program was organized with the cumulated efforts of the Sudakshya Bonai center team, and Ms. Lipsa Akankshya and Mr. Subham Sekhar Mohanty, representing the program team at Niyatee Foundation. The occasion filled the students with glee and enthusiasm for building their skills with the training and aspiring for better opportunities of employment as result of their advancement of skills.

HAPPY NEW YEAR-SUDAKSHYA

A new begins always with a prodigious amount of Hope,amibition,dream,hankering. Prakriti is unconscious but active in it’s character, what we see around us is no deviation from prakriti it is always evolving nature just as our life. Two relations are said to be mobile and consistency and  certainly permanent in nature One is Rest and another is Action. Start something new brings new hopes this new hope acts as inducement for further actions .What would life be if we had no courage to attempt.”If you focus on results ,you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results. jack Dixon.”New year day is no any different from any day rather it is a day of owns’ mind to measure yourself in aspect of bring changes in own actions. The resolution often fail for a reason, and it’s slightly related to intention or discipline.

The world has seen a lot of physical and mental strain in preceding  three years owing to Covid-19.Every Individual has awaited to welcome this year with open arms. People of now a days celebrate with new ideas and new pattern of celebration . There is certain element of excitement in clean states and new beginnings, and every one often jump at the opportunity to start over again. There is anticipation bundled into one little package. Where one student has awaited with his own new plan of action to perform own duty at the same time the objective or goal of the student also has waited to be consummated.

The importance of an educator can’t be neglected or disregarded while composition of dreams of our students is the topic. Sudaskhya has lately converted itself a platform to provide an opportunity to it’s students not only to take the experience of recreation but also to take a pledge of support to themselves  in terms of striving , make an effort , concentration .Education is a key to the healthy development of people and their nation as well. In order to achieve the goal of students Niyatee foundation through this programme actively working and providing supports to students to ensure they will realize their purpose of life in this coming year.

Students of Sudashkya recently  celebrated  new year  eve with new aspiration and hope.Different culture celebrate this day in many ways so our culture was seen in celebration. Most of the students shared their journey in Sudaskhya ,how they spent ,what they learnt, what they achieved in terms of improvement in themselves and it was a feeling of emotion as we are going to say adieu to our 7^th batch. A healthy relation in between students and educators were discerned.

On current pattern of creativity was approached by our students where they made videos and that can be hugely appreciated for their efforts they tried to show through those videos. Traditionally our culture never forgot Rangoli be the part of an auspicious day. The pools of energy created by specific patterns of rangoli motivate and channelize positive energy in people.A beautiful pattern was decorated with the help of different colors that represents happiness ,positivity and a hope of ray for the succeeding periods. The best part in entire celebration each students was motivated to speak about their own narration and wish to others in own way where conveying and presenting power was appreciated .

People of India love art in India and hence they developed own form dance and music in to their culture.This type of Indian classical dancing is very joyful and celebratory thing for us along with very vibrant and motivational. Respective center arranged a feast, delicious meal that was served to celebrate the new year. A leisure activities is very essential in every individual’s life be a student or an employee and we are thankful to such days as it improves the physical and mental health and have significance of regulating the body and mind alleviating the stress of life and providing pleasant of experience.
